re: physio is a clinic servicing private clients only.
In the interest of providing a safe clinic environment for all concerned:
- The practitioner is up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Hands must be sanitised on arrival.
- Only one person is to be in the clinic with the practitioner at any time (with the exception of a parent/guardian.)
Please do not attend the clinic if:
- You (or a member of your household) have a fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms, or are feeling in any way unwell.
- You (or a member of your household) have tested positive to COVID-19 in the past seven days.
